Challenge the Norm

Successful businesses don’t just spend their time concentrating on today but look around them seeing:

1.       How they compare with their competitors and markets.

2.       What new technologies are coming over the horizon.

3.       Processes and models that could improve their ‘customer journey’

 Our Challenge the Norm programme is designed to help businesses to develop a good Innovation Management strategy that will incorporate all of these and in particular create a culture of ‘open innovation’, building partnerships with external organisations and businesses that can add value to the business.

The programme is a blend of workshops and individual coaching enabling key team members to understand:

   * Detecting and mapping change in the business landscape

    * Translating future thinking into strategic advantage

    * What is business model innovation?

    * What are the strategic challenges?

    * Getting ‘buy-in’ from your stakeholders

    * How to identify and develop product/ service innovation opportunities

    * Designing organisations, networks, infrastructures to deliver service innovation

    * Developing an implementation strategy to ensure a successful business model

    * How to capture value

    * How to manage innovation projects

    * How to enhance the likelihood of your product's success in the market

The coaching will focus on translating the learnings into actions that will grow your business.

We recognise that when you are working in a micro business it can often seem daunting to 'futurescope' on your own so we have designed a 'Challenge the Norm' workshop programme to support 'clusters' so that we can involve a varying number of businesses e.g. a trading estate/ sector group.
